Juan A. Millán is a United States government official currently serving as the Deputy General Counsel for Monitoring and Enforcement at the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR). He previously served as the Assistant U.S. Trade Representative for Monitoring and Enforcement. His extensive legal career includes working as a Senior Legal Advisor at the U.S. Mission to the World Trade Organization in Geneva, where he represented the United States in trade disputes. Millán holds a law degree from Yale Law School and an undergraduate degree in politics from Princeton University.
