Julio César Moreno Rivera

Julio César Moreno Rivera is a Mexican politician and lawyer currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies. A long-time political figure, he previously served as the Mayor of Venustiano Carranza from 2018 to 2021 and held the position of President of the Chamber of Deputies in 2015. Throughout his career, he has been a member of the Party of the Democratic Revolution (PRD) before joining the National Regeneration Movement (Morena). He is a graduate of the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
