Julio Moreno Ovalle is an Argentine accountant and politician serving as a National Deputy representing Salta for the 2023–2027 term. Born in Salta in 1954, he graduated as a National Public Accountant from the National University of Salta in 1980. Over his career, he has served as a provincial deputy in Salta, chaired the Cambiemos block in the provincial lower house, and worked as an accountant and municipal tribunal vocal before being elected to the Argentine Chamber of Congress under the La Libertad Avanza coalition.
