K. J. George

K. J. George is an Indian politician from Karnataka who currently serves as a member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly representing the Sarvagnanagar constituency. A long-standing member of the Indian National Congress, he has held several significant ministerial positions in the state government, including Cabinet Minister of Energy, Minister for Bengaluru Development and Town Planning, and Home Minister of Karnataka. Throughout his extensive political career, which began in the late 1960s, he has served in various leadership roles within the Youth Congress and the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee.
