Alfred Kan-Ngam Arthur

Alfred Kan-Ngam Arthur is an Indian politician currently serving as a Member of Parliament in the Lok Sabha, representing the Outer Manipur constituency. Before entering electoral politics, he worked as a musician, vocalist, and investigative journalist. During his previous tenure as a member of the Manipur Legislative Assembly representing Ukhrul, he gained recognition for his advocacy in improving government-run educational institutions and healthcare facilities, including the revival of Pettigrew College. He remains a vocal advocate for youth empowerment and community development in his region.
