Nialé Kaba is an Ivorian politician currently serving as the Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in the government of Robert Beugré Mambé. Born in 1962 in Bouko, she holds degrees in economics and statistics from the University of Abidjan and the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. Throughout her career, she has held several high-level government positions, including Minister of the Economy and Finance and Minister of Planning and Development. Recognized as one of Africa's most influential women, she has extensive experience in economic policy and public administration.
