Amédé Koffi Kouakou is an Ivorian politician, civil engineer, and academic who currently serves as the Minister of Hydraulics, Sanitation, and Salubrity. A member of the Rally of Houphouëtists for Democracy and Peace (RHDP), he has held various ministerial positions since 2017, including Minister of Equipment and Road Maintenance. Beyond his national duties, he has served as the Mayor of Divo since 2013 and was elected President of the Lôh-Djiboua Regional Council in 2023. Before entering politics, he had a distinguished career as a civil engineer and executive at the Building and Public Works Laboratory (LBTP) in Ivory Coast.
