Bouaké Fofana is an Ivorian politician and government official currently serving as the Minister of Hydraulics, Sanitation and Salubrity. Born in 1957 in Séguéla, he holds degrees from the École supérieure de commerce d'Abidjan, the Conservatoire national des arts et métiers in Paris, and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Before his ministerial appointment in 2021, he held leadership roles in the private sector and served as the Director General of AGEROUTE and SICOGI. A long-time member of the Rally of the Republicans and the RHDP, he has also served as the President of the Worodougou Regional Council since 2013.
