Kamala Devi Panta

Kamala Devi Panta is a Nepali politician currently serving as a member of the National Assembly of Nepal, representing Gandaki Province. A long-time member of the Nepali Congress, she has held various leadership roles, including Parliamentary Party Leader in the National Assembly and chairperson of the Development, Economic Affairs and Good Governance Committee. Throughout her career, she has been a vocal advocate for women's rights, gender inclusion, and sustainable development, while emphasizing institutional accountability and anti-corruption measures. Panta previously served as a member of the House of Representatives and as a Minister of State for Women, Children and Senior Citizens.
