Kamil Żbikowski

Kamil Żbikowski is a Polish local government official, social activist, and the Mayor of Zabrze. He graduated with a degree in law from the University of Silesia and in finance and accounting from the University of Economics in Katowice, alongside studies in history and political science. Active in environmental and civic initiatives, he co-founded the Silesian smog alarm movements and established the local association Lepsze Zabrze in 2014. After serving as a city councillor and district board chairman, he won the snap mayoral election in August 2025 and assumed office as Mayor of Zabrze.
