Karan Bilimoria, Baron Bilimoria is a British-Indian entrepreneur and an independent crossbench member of the House of Lords. Born in Hyderabad, India, he moved to the United Kingdom to pursue his education at Cambridge and later founded the global beer brand Cobra Beer. Beyond his business career, he has served in various leadership roles, including as the Chancellor of the University of Birmingham and President of the Confederation of British Industry.
