Karol Farkašovský

Karol Farkašovský is a Slovak politician, journalist, and former television moderator who serves as a Member of the National Council of the Slovak Republic representing the Slovak National Party. Born in August 1955 in Bratislava, he studied at Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice and Comenius University in Bratislava, subsequently building a prominent career in broadcasting as a BBC Slovak service contributor, editor-in-chief of Radio Slovakia, and a moderator for TV Markíza. He first entered the National Council in 2016, serving until 2020, and returned to parliament in November 2023 following the formation of the ruling coalition.
