Kaspars Melnis

Kaspars Melnis is a Latvian politician who has served as the Minister for Climate and Energy since 2023. Born in 1989, he is a member of the Latvian Farmers' Union. Prior to his appointment to the cabinet, he served as a councillor for the Rēzekne Municipality and as a member of the Saeima, the parliament of Latvia.
