Katarzyna Lubnauer

Katarzyna Lubnauer is a Polish politician, mathematician, and academic teacher who currently serves as a Member of the Sejm and as a Secretary of State in the Ministry of National Education. She previously led the Modern (Nowoczesna) party from 2017 to 2019. Before entering national politics, she was a city councilor in Łódź and a lecturer at the University of Łódź, where she earned her doctorate in mathematics. Her political career has focused on education reform and secularism in public institutions.
