Kate Lipper-Garabedian is an American politician serving as a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives for the 32nd Middlesex district. She assumed office in 2020 following a special election. Prior to her legislative career, she served on the Melrose City Council from 2018 to 2020. Lipper-Garabedian holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School. Before entering politics, she worked as a seventh-grade teacher with Teach for America and as an attorney.
