Katelin McInerney is an Australian politician serving as a Member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly for the seat of Kiama. Elected in the 2025 Kiama state by-election, she made history as the first woman to represent the electorate. Before entering parliament, McInerney worked as a journalist and a trade union leader. She previously contested the seat of Kiama for the Labor Party during the 2023 New South Wales state election, though she was unsuccessful in that initial bid.
