Katharina Dröge is a German economist and politician who has served as a member of the Bundestag since 2013, representing the Cologne districts of Ehrenfeld, Nippes, and Chorweiler. Since 2021, she has held the position of co-chair of the Green Party’s parliamentary group. Previously, she served as the group’s parliamentary manager from 2018 to 2021. Dröge, who is associated with the left wing of the Green Party, has focused her parliamentary work on economic affairs, energy, and competition policy. Before entering national politics, she worked for the State Ministry of Climate Change, Environment, Agriculture and Consumer Protection of North Rhine-Westphalia.
