Kathrin Warnecke

Kathrin Warnecke is a German politician and a member of the Hamburg Parliament, representing the constituency of Eidelstedt – Stellingen – Eimsbüttel-West since 2025. Born in Herne in 1976, she studied art history, philosophy, and German literature at the Ruhr University Bochum before completing a master's degree in social work. Prior to her election to the state parliament, she served as a member of the Eimsbüttel district assembly from 2019 to 2025, where she also held leadership roles within her parliamentary group. In the Hamburg Parliament, she serves on the Committee for Social Affairs and Integration as well as the Committee for Family, Children, and Youth.
