Katja Kokot is a Slovenian politician and veterinarian currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly of Slovenia. She holds a degree from the Veterinary Faculty in Ljubljana and is a specialist in pharmacovigilance and drug regulation. After unsuccessful bids in the 2022 parliamentary and 2024 European elections, she was elected to the National Assembly in 2026 representing the Resni.ca party. Following her election, she assumed the role of head of the Resni.ca parliamentary group. Her political career has been marked by her vocal stance against corruption and her involvement in legal disputes regarding public discourse and political integrity.
