Ryusho Kato is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the House of Representatives. Born in Shimabara, Nagasaki, he graduated from Nihon University and worked in the private sector before serving as a secretary to former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and his father, Kanji Kato. He was first elected to the Diet in 2021 and has since been re-elected, currently serving as the chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party's Nagasaki Prefectural Federation. Additionally, he holds a leadership role in a social welfare corporation that operates nursing facilities in Nagasaki.
