Katsuaki Aoki is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Tochigi Prefectural Assembly, representing Yaita City. First elected to the Yaita City Council in 1995 and the Prefectural Assembly in 1999, he has held significant leadership roles including the 96th Speaker of the Tochigi Prefectural Assembly.
