八谷 克幸

Katsuyuki Hachiya is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Saga Prefectural Assembly, representing the Kanzaki City and Kanzaki District constituency. A long-time public servant, he previously worked for the Saga Prefectural government, where he held various administrative roles including section chief in the finance and land improvement departments.
