横山 文人

Fumito Yokoyama is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Kochi Prefectural Assembly, representing the Agawa District. First elected in 2015, he is now in his third term. He holds a Ph.D. from the Kochi University of Technology Graduate School, where he completed an entrepreneurship course. His policy focus includes regional development, forestry promotion, disaster prevention, and infrastructure management. He is also a certified first-class civil engineering construction management engineer and serves as the chairman of the Kochi Prefecture High School Light Music Federation.
