小松﨑 敏紀

Toshinori Komatsuzaki is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Ibaraki Prefectural Assembly representing the Kashima constituency. After graduating from the Tokyo Institute of Technology with a master's degree in architecture and urban planning, he worked in IT consulting before joining his family's construction and waste management business. He previously served two terms as a member of the Kashima City Council. His political platform focuses on regional economic revitalization, the improvement of childcare and educational environments, and the modernization of infrastructure through digital transformation and disaster resilience.
