林 和明

Kazuaki Hayashi is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Nagano Prefectural Assembly. Before his election to the prefectural assembly in 2023, he served three terms as a member of the Ueda City Council, where he chaired the Health and Welfare Committee and the Public Relations Committee. A father of two and former PTA president, Hayashi focuses his policy platform on child-rearing support, education reform through ICT, local industrial development, and the expansion of medical and welfare services, including the promotion of telemedicine.
