小林 陽子

Yoko Kobayashi is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Nagano Prefectural Assembly, representing the Azumino constituency. Born in 1971, she previously served two terms as a member of the Azumino City Council from 2017 to 2023. A graduate of Tsuda University, she worked as a financial planner before returning to her husband's hometown in Azumino to engage in agriculture.
