Yoshihisa Mochiduki is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Nagano Prefectural Assembly, representing the Nagano City and Kamiminochi District constituency. He is currently in his second term and serves as the chair of the Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries Committee. Prior to his election to the prefectural assembly, he served three terms as a member of the Nagano City Council and worked as a public secretary to House of Representatives member Takashi Shinohara. He is a graduate of the Meiji University Faculty of Law and is actively involved in local agricultural and regional development initiatives.
