Kazuichi Nozawa is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the Tochigi Prefectural Assembly, currently in his fourth term. Known for his "never-give-up" spirit, he focuses on regional development, aiming to increase the economic scale of Tochigi Prefecture to 10 trillion yen to support social welfare and education. He represents the Utsunomiya City and Kaminokawa Town constituency.
