黒田 一美

Kazumi Kuroda is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly, representing the Tarumi Ward of Kobe City. With seven terms of experience, he has held various regional roles including serving as a Hyogo Prefectural Audit Commissioner and as a member of several prefectural medical and pharmaceutical councils. Prior to his political career, he worked as a civil servant for the City of Kobe and has been actively involved in local community organizations, including the Boy Scouts and various neighborhood development associations.
