大上 和則

Kazunori Oogami is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly representing Tanbasasayama City. Born in Tanbasasayama, he pursued studies in ceramics at the Saga Art College after graduating from Sanda Gakuen High School. Before entering prefectural politics, he worked as a ceramicist and served as a member and vice-chair of the Tanbasasayama City Council. He is affiliated with the Liberal Democratic Party and focuses on regional development.
