Keith Kidwell

Keith Kidwell is an American politician serving as a member of the North Carolina House of Representatives for the 79th district, a position he has held since 2019. Representing constituents in Beaufort and Craven counties, Kidwell has focused his legislative efforts on issues such as the shrimping industry and reproductive rights, notably introducing legislation in 2026 to define legal human life as beginning at fertilization. He has served in various leadership roles, including as chair of the Banking and Finance committees. Kidwell has also been noted for his involvement with the Oath Keepers militia, appearing on the organization's membership roster.
