Kelly Dooner

Kelly Dooner is an American politician serving as a member of the Massachusetts Senate for the 1st Plymouth and Bristol district since January 2025. Before her election to the state legislature, she served on the Taunton City Council and the Taunton Planning Board, where she was the youngest woman to hold a seat on the council. A paralegal by profession, Dooner has focused her political platform on government spending, fiscal oversight, and immigration policy, notably advocating for stricter audits of state benefit programs and expressing concerns regarding the use of emergency shelters for migrants.
