Ken Sim is a Canadian politician and businessman who has served as the 41st mayor of Vancouver since 2022. He is the first Chinese Canadian to hold the office. Before entering politics, he co-founded the home healthcare company Nurse Next Door in 2001 and worked as an accountant. As mayor, his administration has focused on public safety, housing development, and municipal budget efficiency. He previously ran for mayor in 2018 before winning the 2022 election under the ABC Vancouver party banner.
