白壁 賢一

Kenichi Shirakabe is a Japanese politician currently serving his fifth term as a member of the Yamanashi Prefectural Assembly. Born in 1960 in the former Kawaguchiko town, he began his political career as a local town council member before being elected to the prefectural assembly in 2007. He previously served as the 126th Chairman of the Yamanashi Prefectural Assembly and has held leadership roles within the Liberal Democratic Party's Yamanashi prefectural chapter. His policy focus includes regional disaster prevention, tourism infrastructure development, and the improvement of medical and educational services in Yamanashi.
