深谷顕史

Kenji Fukaya is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the Saitama Prefectural Assembly, representing the Kawagoe City district. After graduating from Soka University, he worked for many years as a facility management professional and a licensed electrical chief engineer. First elected to the prefectural assembly in 2019, he has focused his political career on disaster prevention, regional medical care, and social welfare policies. He is known for his commitment to disaster resilience following the 2019 East Japan Typhoon and his advocacy for the needs of local residents.
