小林 健二

Kenji Kobayashi is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly. Representing the Nerima constituency, he has been a member of the assembly for five terms since his initial election in July 2009. As a member of the Komeito party, he is currently affiliated with the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly Komeito caucus and serves on the General Affairs Committee. He remains dedicated to representing the interests of his constituents in Nerima through his ongoing legislative work in the Tokyo government.
