Kenneth Paolo Tereng

Kenneth Paolo Tereng is a Filipino civil engineer and politician serving as a Member of the House of Representatives in the 20th Congress of the Philippines. He entered the legislature as a nominee of the Kilos Mamamayan Ngayon Na (KM Ngayon Na) party-list following the 2025 election. Prior to his election to Congress, he gained local government experience as a provincial board member and chairman of the Committee on Youth & Sports Development. In his parliamentary and public service, he champions the HELPS advocacy, focusing on health, empowerment, livelihood, protection, and service-oriented programs.
