Elisa Olga Kho

Elisa Olga Kho is a Filipino politician and medical doctor currently serving as the Representative for Masbate's 2nd congressional district in the House of Representatives of the Philippines, a position she assumed in 2025. Her extensive political career includes a previous term in the House of Representatives from 2013 to 2022, as well as serving as the Vice Governor of Masbate from 2022 to 2025. Notably, she made history as the first female governor of Masbate, holding the office from 2007 to 2010. She is a prominent figure in Masbate politics and is married to fellow politician Antonio Kho.
