Dean Asistio

Dean Asistio is a Filipino politician currently serving as the representative for Caloocan's 3rd congressional district, a position he has held since 2022. As the first representative of this newly created district, he was re-elected unopposed in 2025. Prior to his congressional career, Asistio served three consecutive terms as a city councilor of Caloocan from 2013 to 2022. In the 20th Congress, he serves as the chairperson of the House Committee on Metro Manila Development, where he has championed the 'Pera sa Basura' initiative to incentivize recycling and waste management in local government units.
