Isidro Ungab

Isidro Tom Ungab is a Filipino politician currently serving as the representative for the Third District of Davao City in the House of Representatives of the Philippines, a position he has held since 2019 after previously serving from 2007 to 2016. An economist by training, he previously worked as a bank manager and economic analyst before entering public service as a Davao City councilor. Throughout his legislative career, he has chaired the Committee on Appropriations and served as a Deputy Speaker of the House. In 2025, he gained national attention for challenging the General Appropriations Act before the Supreme Court regarding transparency in the budget process.
