Omar Vincent Sangkola Duterte is a Filipino politician and businessman serving as the representative for Davao City's 2nd congressional district since 2025. A member of an influential political family, he is the eldest son of Representative Paolo Duterte and the grandson of former President Rodrigo Duterte. Before his election to the House of Representatives, he served as a barangay chairperson in Buhangin Proper, Davao City, starting in 2023. He currently sits as part of an independent Davao-based bloc in the 20th Congress.
