Keut Rith is a Cambodian legal expert and politician serving as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice. He began his professional career as a law teacher at the Royal University of Law and Economics before joining the Ministry of Justice, where he contributed to drafting the Cambodian Criminal and Criminal Procedure Codes. Appointed Minister of Justice in April 2020, he has focused on judicial reforms, combating corruption, and addressing prison overcrowding through expedited court procedures.
