Kevin Kiley

Kevin Kiley is an American politician currently serving as the U.S. representative for California's 3rd congressional district. A graduate of Harvard University and Yale Law School, Kiley previously worked as an attorney and teacher before serving in the California State Assembly from 2016 to 2022. He gained prominence as a vocal critic of Governor Gavin Newsom, authoring a book on the 2021 gubernatorial recall election. In 2026, Kiley transitioned from the Republican Party to serve as an independent, maintaining his focus on issues such as education reform, government accountability, and opposition to state-level mandates.
