Kevin Schmidt

Kevin Schmidt is an American politician and chiropractor serving as a member of the Illinois House of Representatives for the 114th District. Born and raised in Belleville, Illinois, he established his own chiropractic practice in 2006. Schmidt was first elected to the state legislature in 2022 after defeating an incumbent Democrat. In office, he has focused on issues such as job creation, crime reduction, and opposition to restrictive tax and climate policies. He currently serves on several committees, including those overseeing health care availability and public health.
