黄川田仁志

Hitoshi Kikawada is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the House of Representatives for the Liberal Democratic Party. Born in 1970, he graduated from the Tokyo University of Science and later studied at the University of Maryland. Before entering politics, he worked at Towa Science and was involved in marine policy research. Since his first election in 2012, he has served in various government roles, including Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs and State Minister of Cabinet Office. In 2025, he was appointed as Minister of State for Special Missions, overseeing portfolios such as Okinawa and Northern Territories Affairs, consumer safety, and regional revitalization. Kikawada is known for his conservative policy stances, including support for constitutional amendment and the strengthening of national defense capabilities.
