Kilian Brandstätter is an Austrian politician and a member of the Social Democratic Party of Austria (SPÖ). He has served as a member of the Burgenland Landtag since July 2015, where he acts as the party's spokesperson for youth affairs and sits on the environmental committee. In addition to his regional parliamentary duties, he has served as the Mayor of Gols since January 2022, having previously held the position of Deputy Mayor starting in 2020. Brandstätter began his political career as a youth representative and has held various leadership roles within the SPÖ at the district and local levels.
