Kim Giddens is an Australian politician serving as a member of the Western Australian Legislative Assembly for the electoral district of Bateman. First elected in 2021, she achieved a significant swing to become the first Labor representative for the seat. She was subsequently re-elected in 2025. Prior to her parliamentary career, Giddens worked for the Tasmanian Government and served as a principal policy advisor to state MP Peter Tinley. She holds academic qualifications in politics, international relations, and education.
