Mark Dreyfus is an Australian politician and lawyer who has served as the Member of Parliament for the Division of Isaacs since 2007. A member of the Australian Labor Party, he previously served as the Attorney-General of Australia across two separate terms, most recently from 2022 to 2025. During his career, he has been a prominent advocate for climate change action and federal anti-corruption reform, notably overseeing the establishment of the National Anti-Corruption Commission. Before entering politics, Dreyfus worked for two decades as a barrister specializing in constitutional, commercial, and environmental law. In late 2025, he was appointed as the International Human Rights Envoy.
