Kim Hicks

Kim Hicks is an American politician serving as a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives since 2023, representing District 25A. A member of the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party, she represents parts of Rochester and Olmsted County. Hicks earned a bachelor's degree in education from Winona State University. Prior to her legislative career, she worked in education and has been a vocal advocate for ADHD awareness. She currently serves on several committees, including Children and Families Finance and Policy, and Higher Education Finance and Policy.
