あらい 絹世

Kinuyo Arai is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the Kanagawa Prefectural Assembly, representing Isogo Ward in Yokohama. First elected in 2011, she is currently serving her fourth term. Before entering politics, she worked at Nissho Iwai Corporation and Metal One Corporation. Arai focuses on regional development, social welfare, and economic revitalization, advocating for a community-based support system where residents assist one another. She has held various leadership roles within the Liberal Democratic Party and the assembly, including chairing the Committee on Budget and the Committee on Health and Welfare.
